The Gumbo and Good Families continues to produce wines with minimal intervention crafting wines with a distinct character. Our Single Vineyard wines are a product of organic farming practices. These single vineyard wines show cases a distinctive character which encapsulate the vines age, climate and the final product is a wine which resembles its terrior.

All fruit is hand harvested and vinified using traditional techniques to produce a unique cuvee that will remind you of a well-made pinot. The wine exhibits aromas of sweet spices, cherry, plums, strawberry and earthy. The palate is elegant with flavour of dried berries and finishes with a ripe sweetness yet fresh.
