The KC range produces lighter, fresh and easy-drinking wines. Grapes are sourced from vineyards in Elgin and Stellenbosch and are complemented with Constantia fruit.
Description: Deep ruby red in appearance, flavours of plums and cherries fill the nose. The palate is richly layered with full bodied tannins and subtle oak spice, persisting in a long flavourful finish.
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 52%, Merlot 48%
Wine record The grapes are carefully hand selected and harvested from our chosen vineyards. These are then brought in and pressed as gently as possible to maintain the fruit and freshness in the wine. After fermentation the wine is aged either in French oak barrels or Stainless steel tanks for up to 14 months before blending and bottling.

Total acid 4.9g/l
Maturation: Delicious now, though will benefit from a further few years in the bottle.
