This is Tabernero’s top Pisco. A blend of three varieties. Each was fermented separately and that fermentation was stopped at around 5% alcohol. After that, the fermenting wines were blended. Once blended and stabilised, the distillation process was conducted. In Peru, the distillation process continues until the product reaches its final alcohol %. No water is added. This is a pure and sweet Pisco, made for sipping.
